• Real-time notifications about incidents in Moldova
• Community-verified incident reports
• Interactive safety map
• Emergency alerts and updates

The Service is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3.3 Age Requirement

You must be at least 16 years old to use SafeMoldova. Users under 18 should have parental consent.

4. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Submit false or misleading incident reports
• Use the Service for illegal purposes
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users
• Share graphic or disturbing content without warnings
• Attempt to interfere with the Service's functionality
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• Collect user data without consent

5. User-Generated Content

5.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you submit (reports, photos, videos). By submitting content, you grant SafeMoldova a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute your content within the Service.

5.2 Content Moderation

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate. We use both automated systems and human review.

5.3 Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your content. Ensure you have rights to any media you upload.

6. Incident Reports

When submitting incident reports:

• Provide accurate information to the best of your knowledge
• Do not interfere with emergency responders
• Respect the privacy and dignity of those involved
• Follow community guidelines for verification

False reports may result in account suspension or legal action.

7. Premium Services

SafeMoldova may offer premium features including:

• Extended alert radius
• Multiple alert zones
• Historical incident data
• Priority notifications

Premium subscriptions are billed according to the plan you select. Lifetime access promotions are subject to terms at time of purchase.

8. Disclaimers

8.1 No Emergency Service

SafeMoldova is NOT an emergency service. In case of emergency, always contact 112 (Moldova Emergency Services) or appropriate authorities first.

8.2 Information Accuracy

We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee all information is current, complete, or verified. Use the Service as a supplementary tool.

8.3 No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

9. Limitation of Liability

SafeMoldova and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the past 12 months.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold SafeMoldova harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service:

You may delete your account at any time through app settings.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Chișinău, Moldova.
